Hello! I'm Amy, a clinical Naturopath who calls Brisbane home. With a deep appreciation for holistic wellness and a love for nature, I strive to empower individuals on their path to healing. Armed with a strong foundation in natural medicine and a Bachelor of Health Science Naturopathy, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve optimal health and vitality.

My approach combines evidence-based practices with traditional wisdom, drawing upon the healing power of herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. I believe in addressing the origin of health imbalances, working alongside my clients to create personalised prescriptions and treatment plans that promote sustainable well-being.

Having a Bachelor of Children's Services (ECT) and working as an Early Childhood Teacher for over 20 years, I am an ardent advocate for children's health and have extensive knowledge of early childhood development, bringing a unique blend of expertise to my work.

I am committed to fostering a safe and supportive space for my clients, listening attentively to their concerns, and providing compassionate guidance. My goal is to empower individuals to take an active role in their well-being.

Standard Consultations

Consultations are available in clinic at Annerley or online, Australia wide. A personalised treatment plan and prescription will be developed following your consultation and may include herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplements along with specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations and referral for functional pathology testing if necessary.

Quick Complimentary Consult

15 minutes

A complimentary phone call to discuss how naturopathy can benefit you, the consultation process, and strategies to support your health. An opportunity to have your questions answered and gain some clarity.

Initial Consultation $165

60 - 90 minutes

A comprehensive session where details are gathered about you, your current health concerns, and your wellness goals. A deep analysis of your presenting symptoms, body systems, and health history to identify the origins of your health imbalances.

Return Consultation $95

30 - 45 minutes

Optimising health requires an investment over time, therefore most clients should expect to work with a naturopath for a number of months in order to achieve their wellness goals.

For current clients only.

Acute Consultation $65

15- 20 minutes

For new or current clients requiring symptomatic relief of acute health complaints. A targeted herbal, nutritional, or topical prescription will be provided but not a comprehensive treatment plan due to the simplified nature of the consult.
